Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS

Article 57.--SAVINGS AND LOAN CODE; FEES

     
17-5703.   Same; merger.
At the time of filing with the commissioner any merger agreement, the
associations proposing to so merge shall submit therewith a fee of two
hundred dollars ($200) which fee shall be paid in equal parts by the
associations parties to the proposed merger.
