17-5704.   Same; reorganization, transfer of assets, dissolution. There shall accompany every proposed plan of reorganization, everyproposal for the transfer of assets in bulk, and every certificate ofdissolution, filed with the commissioner for approval, a fee of one hundreddollars ($100).
