17-5704. Same; reorganization, transfer of assets, dissolution.
There shall accompany every proposed plan of reorganization, every
proposal for the transfer of assets in bulk, and every certificate of
dissolution, filed with the commissioner for approval, a fee of one hundred
dollars ($100).
