17-5802.   Acknowledgments of instruments.No public officer qualified to take acknowledgments or proofs of writteninstruments shall be disqualified from taking the acknowledgment orproof of any instrument, in writing, in which an association isinterested by reason of his membership in or employment by an associationso interested, and any such acknowledgments or proofs heretofore takenare hereby validated.
