17-5803. Payment to minor or married woman is valid discharge of
association.
Any payment or delivery of rights, to any minor or any married woman, or
a receipt or an assignment, or acquittance signed by a minor or married
woman, who holds shares, shall be valid and sufficient release and
discharge of an association for any payment on shares or delivery of
rights, to such minor or married woman.
