17-5803.   Payment to minor or married woman is valid discharge ofassociation.Any payment or delivery of rights, to any minor or any married woman, ora receipt or an assignment, or acquittance signed by a minor or marriedwoman, who holds shares, shall be valid and sufficient release anddischarge of an association for any payment on shares or delivery ofrights, to such minor or married woman.
