17-5805.   All thrift and home-financing organizations subject toprovisions of savings and loan act.All persons accepting moneys from the public and engaged in homefinancing, whether or not incorporated and every corporation heretoforeincorporated under the statutes of this state which has for its purpose thepromotion of thrift and the financing of homes by whatever name known,shall hereafter be subject to the provisions of this act, and shall bedeemed to exist hereunder.
