17-624. Same; contracts with cities.
The municipal authorities of any city of the first or second class in
which any sewerage corporation shall exist are hereby authorized to
contract with any such corporation for the drainage and sewerage of the
streets, lots, lanes, squares and public places in any such said city of
the first and second class.
