Article 6.--POWERS AND DUTIES OF CORPORATIONS

     
17-627.   Same; eminent domain.
Such corporations shall have the right to condemn, for its uses, any
lands or other property, according to the procedure provided by K.S.A. 26-501
to 26-516, inclusive.
