Article 6.--POWERS AND DUTIES OF CORPORATIONS

      17-628.   Same; rates and terms for services; appeal; hearing.Whenever any party which shall receive water from such corporation shallconsider its rates or terms for its services and facilities to beunreasonable or discriminatory, such other party or parties may appeal tothe corporation commission, and if such commission shall consider thecomplaint to require action by it, it shall notify such corporation and thecomplainant or complainants and conduct a hearing thereon in accordancewith the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act within acounty in which any of the works of any such corporation may be located. Ifthe commission decides that such rates or terms are unreasonable ordiscriminatory, it shall fix rates and terms for the services andfacilities of such corporation which shall be binding upon the partiesuntil further order of the commission.
