17-6004. Articles of incorporation, defined.
The term "articles of incorporation," as used in this act, unless the
context requires otherwise, includes not only the original articles of
incorporation filed to create a corporation, which includes the charter,
articles of association and any other instrument by whatever name known
which a corporation has been or may be lawfully formed, but it also
includes all other certificates, agreements of merger or consolidation,
plans of reorganization or other instruments, howsoever designated,
which are filed pursuant to K.S.A. 17-6002, 17-6203 to
17-6206, inclusive, 17-6401, 17-6601 to 17-6605,
inclusive, 17-6701 to 17-6708, inclusive, and 17-6913, or any other section
of this act, and
which have the effect of amending or supplementing in some respect a
corporation's original articles of incorporation.
