17-6005. Evidentiary effect of articles of incorporation and othercorporate instruments filed with secretary of state.A copy of the articles of incorporation, or of a restated articles ofincorporation, or of any other certificate or instrument which has beenfiled in the office of the secretary of state as required by any provisionof this act, when duly certified by the secretary of state shall be received inall courts,public offices and official bodies as prima facie evidence of:
(a) Due execution and filing oftheinstrument;
(b) observance and performance of all acts and conditions necessary tohave been observed and performed precedent to the instrument becomingeffective; and
(c) any other facts required or permitted by law to be stated in theinstrument.
