17-6006.   Commencement of corporate existence.Upon the filing with the secretary of state of the articles ofincorporation, executed and filed in accordance withK.S.A. 17-6003, and amendments thereto, the incorporator orincorporators who signed thecertificate, and such incorporator's successors andassigns, shall be andconstitute a body corporate from the date of such filing by the name setforth in the articles, subject to the provisions of subsection (d) ofK.S.A. 17-6003, and amendments thereto, and subject to dissolution orothertermination of its existence as provided in this act.
