17-6007.   Powers of incorporators.If the persons who are to serve as directors until the first annualmeeting of stockholders have not been named in the articles ofincorporation, the incorporator or incorporators, until the directors areelected, shall manage the affairs of the corporation and may do whatever isnecessary and proper to obtain the necessary subscriptions for stock and toperfect the organization of the corporation, including the adoption of theoriginal bylaws of the corporation and the election of directors.
