Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 65.--MEETINGS, ELECTIONS, VOTING AND NOTICES

      17-6523.   Notice, effect; objection;limitations.(a) Without limiting the manner by which notice otherwise may be giveneffectively to stockholders, any notice to stockholders given by thecorporation under any provision of this chapter, the articles of incorporationor the bylaws shall be effective if given by a single written notice tostockholders who share an address if consented to by the stockholders at thataddress to whom such notice is given. Any such consent shall be revocable bythe stockholder by written notice to the corporation.

      (b)   Any stockholder who fails to object in writing to the corporation, within60 days of having been given written notice by the corporation of its intentionto send the single notice permitted under subsection (a), shall be deemed tohave consented to receiving such single written notice.

      (c)   This section shall apply to a corporation organized under this chapterthat is not authorized to issue capital stock, and when so applied, allreferences to stockholders shall be deemed to refer to members of such acorporation.

      (d)   This section shall not apply to K.S.A. 17-6414, 17-6906, 17-7001, and17-7002, and amendments thereto.

      (e)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas generalcorporation code, and amendments thereto.
