17-6809.   Same; jurisdiction and powers of district court.The district court shall have jurisdiction of the application prescribedin K.S.A. 17-6808 and of all questions arising in theproceedings thereon, and may make such orders and decrees and issueinjunctions therein as justice and equity shall require.
