17-6809. Same; jurisdiction and powers of district court.
The district court shall have jurisdiction of the application prescribed
in K.S.A. 17-6808 and of all questions arising in the
proceedings thereon, and may make such orders and decrees and issue
injunctions therein as justice and equity shall require.
