17-6908. Same; compensation, costs and
expenses.
The district court, before making distribution of the assets of a corporation
among the creditors or stockholders thereof, shall allow and pay out of the
assets: (1) A reasonable compensation to the receiver for the receiver's
services; (2) the cost and expenses incurred in and about the execution of the
receivership, including reasonable attorneys' fees; and (3) the costs of the
proceedings in the court.
