17-6908.   Same; compensation, costs andexpenses.The district court, before making distribution of the assets of a corporationamong the creditors or stockholders thereof, shall allow and pay out of theassets: (1) A reasonable compensation to the receiver for the receiver'sservices; (2) the cost and expenses incurred in and about the execution of thereceivership, including reasonable attorneys' fees; and (3) the costs of theproceedings in the court.
