17-6909.   Same; substitution of receiver asplaintiff; abatement of actions.A receiver, upon application by the receiver in the court in which any suit ispending, shall be substituted as party plaintiff in the place of thecorporation in any suit or proceeding which was so pending at the time of thereceiver's appointment. No action against a receiver of a corporation shallabate by reason of the receiver's death, but, upon suggestion of the facts onthe record, shall be continued against the receiver's successor or against thecorporation in case no new receiver is appointed.
