17-6911.   Discontinuance of liquidation of assets;dismissal of receiver.The liquidation of the assets and business of an insolvent corporation may bediscontinued at any time during the liquidation proceedings when it isestablished that cause for liquidation no longer exists. In such event thedistrict court in its discretion, and subject to such condition as it may deemappropriate, may dismiss the proceedings and direct the receiver to redeliverto the corporation all of its remaining property and assets.
