17-7003.   Same; status of corporation.Any corporation desiring to renew, extend and continue its corporate existence,upon complying with the provisions of K.S.A. 17-7002, and amendments thereto,shall be and continue as a corporation for the time stated in its certificateof renewal, and in addition to the rights, privileges and immunities conferredby its articles of incorporation, shall possess and enjoy all the benefits ofthis act which are applicable to the nature of its business, and shall besubject to the restrictions and liabilities imposed by this acton such corporations.
