17-7102.   Action by officer, director or stockholder againstcorporation for corporate debt paid.When any officer, director or stockholder shall pay any debt of acorporation for which he is made liable by the provisions of this act, hemay recover the amount so paid in an action against the corporation formoney paid for its use. In any such action, only the property of thecorporation shall be liable to be taken, and not the property of anystockholder.
