Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS


Article 71.--ACTIONS AGAINST CORPORATIONS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR STOCKHOLDERS

     
17-7105.   Usury not a defense by corporation.
No corporation shall plead any statute against usury in any court in any
suit instituted to enforce the payment of any bond, note or other evidence
of indebtedness issued or assumed by it.
