17-7304.   Same; change of resident agent.(a) Any foreign corporation that has qualified to do business in this state maychange its registered office or resident agent in the manner prescribed byK.S.A. 17-6203, and amendments thereto.

      (b)   Any individual,corporation, limited partnership, limited liabilitycompany or business trustdesignated by a foreign corporationas itsresident agent for service of process may resign pursuant to the provisions ofK.S.A. 17-6205 or 17-6206, and amendments thereto.

      (c)   A resident agent may change the address of the corporation's registeredoffice in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 17-6204, and amendments thereto.
