17-7304. Same; change of resident agent.
(a) Any foreign corporation that has qualified to do business in this state may
change its registered office or resident agent in the manner prescribed by
K.S.A. 17-6203, and amendments thereto.
(b) Any individual,
corporation, limited partnership, limited liability
company or business trust
designated by a foreign corporation
as its
resident agent for service of process may resign pursuant to the provisions of
K.S.A. 17-6205 or 17-6206, and amendments thereto.
(c) A resident agent may change the address of the corporation's registered
office in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 17-6204, and amendments thereto.
