Article 73.--FOREIGN CORPORATIONS

      17-7308.   Enjoining foreign corporation from transacting businessin state for violation of code.The district court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreigncorporation, or any agent thereof, from transacting any business in thisstate if such corporation has failed to comply with any section of thisact applicable to it, or if such corporation has secured a certificateof the secretary of state under K.S.A. 17-7301 on thebasis of false or misleading representations. The attorney general, uponhis own motion or upon the relation of proper parties, shall proceed forthis purpose by an action commenced in any county in which suchcorporation is doing business.
