Article 73.--FOREIGN CORPORATIONS

     
17-7308.   Enjoining foreign corporation from transacting business
in state for violation of code.

The district court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreign
corporation, or any agent thereof, from transacting any business in this
state if such corporation has failed to comply with any section of this
act applicable to it, or if such corporation has secured a certificate
of the secretary of state under K.S.A. 17-7301 on the
basis of false or misleading representations. The attorney general, upon
his own motion or upon the relation of proper parties, shall proceed for
this purpose by an action commenced in any county in which such
corporation is doing business.
