17-7512.   Exemptions from annual reports andannual report fees.The provisions of this act relating to the filing of annual reports and thepayment of franchise taxes and annual report fees shall not apply tobanking, insurance or savings and loan corporations, credit unions, anyfiremen's relief associationunder the jurisdiction and supervision of the insurance commissioner or toKansas Venture Capital, Inc. or venture capital companies certifiedby the secretary of commerce pursuant to article 83 of chapter 74 of the KansasStatutes Annotated and amendments thereto.
