17-7665.   Exclusive right to use of name; reserved;fee.The exclusive right to the use ofa name may be reserved in the same manner ascorporation names are reserved as set forth in K.S.A. 17-7402, and amendmentsthereto. A fee of $20shall be paid at the time of the reservation of any name.
