17-76,104.   Interim distributions.Except as provided in this act, to the extent and at thetimes or upon the happeningof the events specified in an operating agreement, a member is entitled toreceive from a limitedliability company distributions before the member's resignation from thelimited liability companyand before the dissolution and winding up thereof.
