17-76,124.   Same; corrections to application forregistration.If any statement in theapplication for registration of a foreign limited liabilitycompany was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described havechanged, makingthe application inaccurate in any respect, the foreign limited liabilitycompany shall file promptlywith the secretary of state a certificate, executed by an authorized person,correcting the statement,together with the fee required by this act.
