17-76,125. Foreign limited liability company;
cancellation of registration, requirements.
A foreign limited liability company may cancel its registration by filing with
the secretary of state a certificate of cancellation executed by the members,
together with the fee required by this act and the annual report and
annual report fee for any tax period which has ended. A
cancellation does not terminate the authority of the secretary of state to
accept service of process on the foreign limited liability company with respect
to causes of action arising out of the doing of business in the state of
Kansas.
