17-76,127.   Same; injunction against foreign limitedliability company which has not registered.Thedistrict court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreignlimited liabilitycompany, or any agent of a foreign limited liability company, from doing anybusiness in the stateof Kansas if the foreign limited liability company has failed to register underthis act. The attorneygeneral, upon the attorney general's own motion or upon the relation of properparties, shall proceed for this purpose by petition in any county in which theforeign limited liability company is doingorhas done business.
