17-76,129.   Service of process; venue.Service of process in any action against anyforeign limited liability company,whether or not that limited liability company is qualified to do business inthis state, shall be madein the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 60-304, and amendments thereto. Any personwho has a causeof action against any foreign limited liability company, whether or not thelimited liability companyis qualified to do business in this state may file suit against the limitedliability company in thedistrict court of a county in which there is proper venue if the cause ofaction arose in Kansas outof the limited liability company's doing business in Kansas or while thelimited liability companywas doing business in Kansas.
