18-128a.   Garfield attached to Finney.That the territory hereinafter mentioned, and formerly known as Garfieldcounty, Kansas, is hereby made a municipal township of Finney county,Kansas, to be known as Garfield township, and is hereby attached to Finneycounty, Kansas, for judicial purposes, until the further provision for saidterritory by the legislature of this state, said territory being describedas follows, to wit: Commencing where the north line of township twenty-onesouth intersects the east line of range twenty-seven west; thence southalong range line to its intersection with the north line of townshiptwenty-four south; thence west along township line to where it intersectsthe east line of range thirty-one west; thence north along range line towhere it intersects the north line of township twenty-one south; thenceeast to the place of beginning.
