Article 1.--NAMES AND BOUNDARIES OF COUNTIES

     
18-131b.   Construction of statutes containing "Davis county."
All statutes and parts of statutes in which the name of Davis county
occurs shall be construed to apply to Geary county as fully as though the
word Geary was substituted for the word Davis in every place in which the
name Davis county occurs.
