18-139.   Harper.That the county of Harper shall be bounded as follows: Beginning at thenortheast corner of township thirty-one south, of range five, west of thesixth principal meridian; thence west on the township line, to thenorthwest corner of township thirty-one south, of range nine west; thencesouth on the range line between ranges nine and ten west, to the stateline; thence east on the state line, to the range line between ranges fourand five west; thence north along said range line, to place of beginning.
