18-168.   Ness.The county of Ness is bounded as follows: Commencing at a point wherethe third standard parallel intersects the east line of range twenty-onewest; thence south along range line to its intersection with the fourthstandard parallel; thence west along fourth standard parallel, to where itintersects the east line of range twenty-seven west; thence north alongrange line, to its intersection with third standard parallel; thence east,to place of beginning.
