18-171.   Osborne.The county of Osborne is bounded as follows: Commencing where the eastline of range eleven west intersects the first standard parallel; thencesouth with the range line, to the second standard parallel; thence westwith said parallel, to the east line of range sixteen west; thence northwith said range line, to the first standard parallel; thence east with saidparallel, to the place of beginning.
