18-174.   Phillips.The county of Phillips is bounded as follows: Commencing where the eastline of range sixteen west intersects the base line of the state of Kansas;thence south with said range line, to the first standard parallel; thencewest with said parallel, to the east line of range twenty-one west; thencenorth with said range line, to the base line of the state of Kansas; thenceeast with said base line, to the place of beginning.
