18-192.   Smith.The county of Smith is bounded as follows: Commencing where the eastline of range eleven west intersects the base line of the state of Kansas;thence south with said range line, to the first standard parallel; thencewest with said parallel to the east line of range sixteen west; thencenorth with said range line, to the base line of the state of Kansas; thenceeast with said line, to the place of beginning.
