19-1404.   Neglect or misconduct of surveyor or deputies; suit on bond. Any person who may think himself injured by the neglect or misconduct ofany county surveyor, or any of his deputies, may institute suit on the bondexecuted by such county surveyor and his sureties; and in case the partyfor whose benefit such suit may be brought shall obtain a judgment for anydamage or loss by him sustained, he may sue out an execution on suchjudgment as in other cases; and the bond may be sued on in like manner byeach and every person aggrieved.
