      19-1412.   Re-establishment of missing corners.In re-establishing missing corners, where no bearing or witness tree ortrees can be found, the county surveyor or his deputy shall establish saidmissing corners in accordance with the government surveys. Where governmentsurveys cannot be accurately followed, missing corners shall be establishedby proportionate measurement or existing landmarks supplemented with otherlocation data, monuments, chainage, and the stone of the corners shall bereplaced according to the best calculations of the county surveyor, takinginto account all the data, and, if necessary, replacing the proportionatemeasurement requirement.
