19-1416.   Oath before commencing road survey.That it shall not be necessary for the county surveyor to take an oathor affirmation before commencing his duties to survey roads, except as isprovided by law, when he takes his oath of office, as is provided in Lawsof 1913, chapter 157, section 1 [19-1401].
