19-1505d.   Validation of certain proceedings and bonds for countybuildings.If any county, pursuant to the provisions of sections 19-1503, 19-1504and 19-1505 of the General Statutes of 1949, relating to the erection ofcertain county buildings, has held a bond election therefor prior to theyear 1955 and a majority of the legal electors voting on the question votedin favor of the issuance of bonds not to exceed the principal amount offifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), notwithstanding the fact that impropernotice by publication was given concerning the holding of such electionunder section 10-120 of the General Statutes of 1949, all proceedingsthereunder and all bonds issued pursuant thereto are hereby validated andconfirmed.
