19-1512.   Same; bonds; levies.Bonds authorized to be issued under the provisions of this act shall beissued as provided by law, and it shall be the duty of the board of countycommissioners of any such county issuing such bonds, annually, at the timeof levying other taxes, to levy a tax each year on all of the taxableproperty of said county, sufficient to pay the interest of said bonds, asit becomes due, and the principal thereof as such bonds mature.
