19-1544.   Exchange of courthouse property for fairgrounds.That any county in this state owning a building and site formerly usedfor courthouse purposes and no longer so used may, whenever its board ofcounty commissioners shall by resolution determine that it is to theinterest of said county so to do, exchange such site and building for otherreal property to be used as fairgrounds, the exchange to be made upon suchterms as such board of county commissioners shall deem best.
