19-1546.   Same; lease.That lands so acquired may be by such board of county commissionersleased to any person, firm, association or corporation, to be used forfairs, races, circuses, or other exhibitions, on such terms as in theopinion of such board of county commissioners shall be for the bestinterests of the county, but no lease or other contract affecting the useand occupancy of such grounds shall extend beyond the date of theexpiration of the term of the member or members of such board whose termshall first expire.
