19-1561a.   Same; donations.Any person or persons, firm, organization, corporation or societydesiring to make donation of money, personal property or real estate forthe benefit of the activities mentioned in K.S.A. 19-1561, shall have theright to vest title of the money or real estate sodonated in said county to be controlled, when accepted, by the board ofcounty commissioners according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise orbequest of such property: Provided, That such donations may beissued [used] for the purpose of acquisition of a site, the erecting,equipping and furnishing of a building or buildings for such activitiesif not inconsistent with the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequestof such property, and the same may be used in addition to the maximumamount stated in the resolution submitting the question to the electors.
