19-1561c.   Control and management of buildings; appointment of board;terms.Upon the erection of such building or buildings, the board of countycommissioners of such county shall have the control and management of suchbuilding or buildings, and they may vest the authority to manage suchbuilding or buildings in a board of three members, such members to beappointed as follows: One member to be appointed by the board of countycommissioners of such county, one member to be appointed by the executiveboard of the agricultural extension council of the county or such otheragency as may be hereafter recognized for carrying into effect theextension work in said county, and one member to be selected by the personsso appointed. Such board shall serve at the pleasure of the board of countycommissioners.
