19-1574.   Tax levies for courthouse fund in certain counties;warrants.The tax levies herein authorized shall be in addition to all otherlevies authorized or limited by law and shall be outside the aggregatelimitation provided by K.S.A. 79-1947 and acts amendatory thereof andsupplemental thereto. The board may issue warrants against the fund tobe created by such levy to pay the cost of rebuilding, remodeling,re-equipping, refurnishing or making additions, such warrants to drawinterest at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate prescribed by K.S.A.10-1009. Such warrants shall be paid from the fundcreated by this section.
