19-1578.   Same; management; trustees.That the management and control of said combination courthouse andmemorial building shall be vested in the board of county commissioners:Provided, however, The board of county commissioners may appoint aboard of trustees to manage and control any portion of the buildingdevoted to public purposes other than the conduct of county business asprovided in K.S.A. 73-407.
