19-1582.   Same; warrants for improving courthouse.The board of county commissioners of any such county is herebyauthorized to issue no-fund warrants during a period of five consecutiveyears for the purpose of providing funds to be used for purpose ofimproving its courthouse, constructing additions thereto, repairing,rewiring and installation of heating facilities therefor in a total amountof not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) during said five-yearperiod.
