19-1595.   Same; issuance of bonds; limitations.All bonds issued by such county for the purposes herein provided may beissued annually over a period of not to exceed five (5) years, but thetotal amount of all such issues shall not exceed the aggregate amount fixedand stated in said resolution hereinabove referred to and adopted by theboard of county commissioners of such counties. All such bonds shall beissued, registered, sold, delivered and retired in accordance with theprovisions of the general bond law. Any bonds issued under the provisionsof this act shall be subject to any limitation of bonded indebtedness ofsuch county.
