19-1598.   Same; bond requirements; outside debt limitations.All such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold, delivered and retiredin accordance with the provisions of the general bond law. Any bonds issuedunder the provisions of this act shall not be subject to any limitation ofbonded indebtedness of such county.
